Hello Ruwan,

My basic requirements for the metrics are:

- For know the use of the services: number of invocations, percentage
of successful
and unsuccessful invocations, ranking of clients.
- For know the performance of the services: response time, using control
charts for evaluate the compliance of the SLA.

I guess this can be achieved by intercepting the request and response,
extract its data and delegate to some services to record information in
database and then use a reporting tool. My query was for know the tools or
facilities to meet such requirements.

Note: I am evaluating synapse thinking subsequently evaluate WSO2 ESB so I
can have clear when to use synapse and when to use WOS ESB.
