Hi, For completeness (since I care more about consistent fonts than case)...
Lowercase or not has nothing to do with professionalism. Consider the logos of amazon, ebay, facebook, flicker, intel, hp, citibank, macy's, bp, sears, mapquest,xerox, and so on. Many companies have switched to lowercase as part of modernizing their logos.Why? Because they want to appear more approachable.
