I have an apache as a reverse proxy before my WSO2 DataServices and I
would like to use the Throttling feature on a web service, the problem
is that the server only sees the reverse proxy IP address.
There is a Tomcat valve that can help with that
"org.apache.catalina.valves.RemoteIpValve". *
I tried to configure this valve in the context file inside
$WSO2_HOME/lib/tomcat/conf but it doesn't work. I have the feeling this
file is not used by the server since I intentionally left an open XML
tag open in the file to see if it would crash but it doesn't.
I looked in the other configuration files but wasn't able to find any
pertinent parameter related to this, am I doing something wrong?
