I still don't understand why the section 1, 5, & 8 man pages are in

man*oldap subdirectories - we generally only do per-component
subdirectories
for the man3* for libraries since otherwise man3 would be unmanageably
large.
I'm not aware of any other commands with subdirs of those - we don't have
man1git for git's 100+ man pages, why man1oldap for ldap's 10? Do they
conflict with other man pages with the same name? (I see a couple
conflicts,
such as ldapsearch.1, but not many.)
I believe there are some conflicts with other existing man pages. Doug,
