Okay. I've had two of those now, so I'm heading to an RTI.
Couple of things I question is:
1) is there a company policy around customer feedback; i'm sure there is
2) Do we want incoming feedback to hit an outside alias like this?
I know it's open source but it's embedded in our Oracle product.
I don't know the answer to either of these questions. I do think
what we've now got it just fine though.
