components/timezone should probably also have a human-version set.
Unfortuantely, they seem to have copied the source files into the
gate instead of unpacking & patching the upstream sources so it's
not as obvious, but the README file in that directory says the
current files come from the upstream release tzdata2011h.tar.gz.
