I started to look at this and I think that for the FOSS components, for which the "Oracle Internal Tracking Number" / TPNO is available the license files should be updated to the latest format with TPNO included and the GPL/LGPL statement removed (e.g., for a2ps). Or is the plan to do this in some another set of CR's?
