...it is only the build of the gmake I think
GPLv2 -> GPLv3 transition is IMHO complicated legal issue. Was the
"make.license" obtained from legals?

When testing the updated GNU make I built complete Userland consolidation.
A bug in libxml2 library was hit, fix for it is part of this CR (the bug
is already fixed in upstream).
