Typically in a follow-up push you only repeat the bugids which are being
affected by the followup, so that we know exactly what's what.  I don't
know if you were given instructions otherwise.

Plus, what's up with the scheme of one patch per file, rather than one
patch per problem to be solved?  That seems like a severe pain to manage,
and contrary to the way all the other components do things.  Or am I
misreading what's going on?
