I'll throw my 2 cents in...I would find all of those bullet points useful. Right now, I'd say the single most common way I interact with ActiveMQ is by watching http://<host>:8161/admin/queues.jsp. I use nagios to monitor for out-of-the-ordinary conditions, but under certain circumstances I watch the queues directly (i.e. if one/some get backed up for one reason or another). There's probably a slicker way to do it, but that's what I find myself doing.
So being able to see a bar graph of destination message counts, or throughput rates, or the like, would be really helpful. Might be tricky to accommodate brokers with few or many destinations...so some filtering might be useful. i.e. "only show me the most active" or "break the graph up into multiple graphs of N destinations each" or something like that. In terms of linking...in lieu of something fancy (i.e. a detailed stats page with its own "drill-down graphs" or stats), simplest for starters might be just to link through to /admin/browse.jsp?JMSDestination=<dest> Anyway, +1 from me on any built-in visualization enhancements. Thanks!
