There's no such thing as too obvious or too much documentation. Please
add a FAQ at your convenience. I also think the QuickStart Guide could
be improved with a section on boosting productivity with war:inplace
or appfuse:full-source. While jetty:run-war works, it doesn't work
nearly as good as jetty:run.
