Dang. I bet that's why my attempt a couple months ago to do this upgrade failed and I had to revert. Too bad I don't have the time to re-attempt this now. It appears the 2.3.16 jars are drop-in-compatible, so I guess I'll upgrade that now and re-try the security upgrade as time permits. Thanks for the heads-up!
