Can you clarify? The words "get involved" on the home page go to the get-involved.html page you mentioned. And the word "Jira" on that page is a link to the issue tracker. If that wasn't obvious/the right color/easy to find... hopefully you were looking for the issue tracker in order to open an issue about these things? That would be appreciated, so your feedback doesn't get lost in email.
