thanks for trying ArgoUML, we are ready to answer your questions!

In stereotypes.JPG, you can add other than the three standard steraotypes by 
creating a new one: look in the property pane at the bottom, there is a group 
of four buttons, click on the third one (the one with the "<<>>" label).

Regarding the interface notation, I must admit that I need to have a second 
look. Maybe anyone else on the list has an answer?
