Wildcarding would be cool. But, I was mainly concerned with non-jared class files. For example, for a development environment, where you want a fast debug cycle and you don't want to jar everytime.

Getting wildcard expression in would be great - but there is also the question about what should be done when the content of the directory changes during runtime.
