I'm curious as to what's going on with this project. What's the timeframe at present? How customizeable is this thing going to be? And what can a non-programmer (being unfamiliar with OpenOffice.org, C++ and even Java puts me in that category here, right?) do to help?
I think the fate of this project is tied to other efforts within OOo and ODF. See the development wiki page here: <http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Bibliographic_Project's_Developer_Page> ... and in particular the recent IRC transcript about plans.
