Hi You mean at runtime to visualize message flow? Then you are in the domain of monitoring and management tools.
There is a number of commercial and open source tools for this. They may be more generic, and not Camel specific. There is some commercial vendors who is working on adding specific Camel support in their existing products. There is an OS project for AMQ called: ActiveMQ BAM. I can't find the link, but it was posted on the @user AMQ mailing list. Likewise there is a SMX/Karaf web console in the works which may have some pieces of message flow monitoring. FuseSource have tools like FuseHQ and Fuse IDE.
