lleclerc, Did you find the answer to this issue? I am having a similar issue. In my case, this "permission denied" error occurs intermittently when I send files to a SFTP server using Camel. After each occurrence of the error, JSCH would disconnect and reconnect to the SFTP server. Since I configured the Camel route to retry, the retry would work - i.e. put the file to the SFTP server successfully. Since I do not own the SFTP server, not sure what configuration the SFTP server has.
