Hello, Claus: As I checked the latest camel-snmp version still upon snm4j 2.6.3 (which bundled in org.apache.servicemix.bundles.snmp4j-2.6.3_1) I did not find the support of SNMPv3 in which SNMP version. But as I check the source code of SNMP4j 2.6.3, and also test upon this version , snmp4j 2.x support SNMPv3 at least after 2.6.3.
The problem is: from the option explanations, looks like camel-snmp supports the SNMPv3, authentication, privacy, but in fact these parameters seems not be used in the code for trap consuming.
