What are you trying to accomplish? Are you asking about UBU 12.04 to run the management server? Are you asking about hosts running 12.04? Are you talking about a guest OS running 12.04 within a cloudstack-managed environment? That might help us help you a bit more. The packages that David pointed you to are the DEB packages used to install CloudStack on an Ubuntu server. -chip
