Kirk, Yes I am able to ping and telnet 443 to the CPVM both on private and public network IP.
My error is "Firefox can't find the server at 192-168-100-204.realhostip.com." Your attachment was lost since you the mailing list doesn't allow them. The realhostip.com name servers look fine. Can you ping your CPVM, or reach it via HTTPS? Did you try to stop and start it?
