Hi Eric, CloudStack does not support XS620SP1 in CS 4.3, because of that you are not able to deploy "Windows Server 2012 R2" guestOS. The next CS release i.e. CloudStack 4.4 supports XenServer 6.2SP1 and XenServer 6.2.5 as well.
