Hi Piotr, I have been working actively on this feature in branch https://github.com/Accelerite/cloudstack/tree/uefisupport and there is WIP PR https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/3643.
Functional testing is in progress, Hoping to merge this feature in next few weeks after testing and reviews.
