Hi Wido, The StorageVM will receive an IP from the Isolated network (or VPC tier) it belongs to. If that network is setup for IPv6 (or dual-stack), then the StorageVM will use IPv6.
Regarding file system pass through, that's definitely an possible enhancement for a future version, we'd like to keep this one as simple as we can for now.
