Hi Trung, With VEEAM integrated in CloudStack an end user can schedule VM and volume backups directly from the CloudStack UI and API, being able to also restore VMs and volumes from backups without operator intervention.
Without the integration you'd have to give the end user access to VEEAM and CloudStack wouldn't know that the backups exist.
