I wanted to update with some more testing. There is a potential issue where a
backup is cancelled or fails midway through in the DB
`POST /api/imagetransfers
→ HTTP 400`
This is because there is still an image transfer stuck in the database. This is
not very clear in the logs without turning on dev debug. It could do with some
way of handling a failure or an easy way to clear it.
I skipped the API and went to MySQL:
`UPDATE image_transfer
SET removed = NOW(),
updated = NOW(),
phase = 'finished'
WHERE id = BACKUP
AND removed IS NULL;`
