@jonathaanbastin It looks like the failed/cancelled backup is leaving an image_transfer entry active, which then causes the next POST /api/imagetransfers request to fail with HTTP 400. Your DB update may work as a workaround, but ideally CloudStack should clean up the failed transfer automatically. You can check more on the Image transfer functionality from the below url https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/4.23.0.0/adminguide/kvm_veeam.html CloudStack 4.23 also includes createImageTransfer, listImageTransfers, and finalizeImageTransfer APIs.
