GitHub user weizhouapache added a comment to the discussion: Replace the
default centos template that comes bundled with cloudstack installation

I've built some templates based on the latest Debian 13 GenericCloud images.
You can find them here:
https://download.cloudstack.org/templates/debian-13-genericcloud-amd64/

The build script, build log, original QCOW2 image, and SHA512SUMS are also
available at the same location.

I've also created a PR to update the built-in template URLs and modify some
smoke tests to use the built-in template:
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/14493

The smoke tests on KVM, VMware, and XCP-ng look good overall, although not all
tests passed.

A couple of notes worth mentioning:
- the main steps are same as Lucian's script
- nfs-common is installed to support the sharedfsvm test.
- The root password is set to "password", and SSH login as root with password
is enabled (_If you think we should not allow SSH login with root password, I
will rebuild the image the rerun the tests_).
