Configuration Wizard failing - Fix Error

@soulfulgent

Thanks for sharing the updated HAR file from your personal Gmail account and
re-recording the setup process.

I went through the HAR, and this time I noticed something different.

The first failure occurs while creating defaultGuestNetwork. CloudStack returns
the following error:

Provider VirtualRouter is either not enabled or
doesn't support service Dhcp in physical network id=201

However, the wizard then enables the VirtualRouter provider on the second
physical network and retries creating the Guest network. That request succeeds.

So the VirtualRouter error shown in the screenshot appears to be resolved
during the same wizard run.

I also noticed another issue. Although you mentioned leaving the Storage VLAN
field blank, the HAR shows the following request being submitted multiple times:

command=createStorageNetworkIpRange
vlan=800
gateway=172.16.0.1
netmask=255.255.0.0
startip=172.16.10.10
endip=172.16.10.20

This is interesting because VLAN 800 was intended only for the Guest network,
but it is also being passed to the Storage network API.

The storage requests return job IDs, but I couldn't find their final results in
the HAR.

Before resetting the database again, could you please check the following?

1. Under Infrastructure -> Zones -> Physical Network, verify that the
VirtualRouter provider is enabled on the physical network carrying Guest
traffic (cloudbr1).
2. Check whether the Storage IP range was created under the pod and whether
VLAN 800 appears against that range.
3. Share the relevant entries from
/var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log around the time the wizard
failed, particularly any errors involving createStorageNetworkIpRange or
VirtualRouter.

Also, could you confirm which CloudStack version/build you're currently running?

Since you've already recreated the database and reproduced the issue, I
wouldn't recommend another reset at this stage.

The fact that the wizard is submitting VLAN 800 for Storage even though you
left that field blank is worth investigating. It could be a wizard-side issue,
but we should confirm that against the management server logs first.

Thanks for your patience with this. I think we're getting closer to identifying
where the setup is actually failing.

Regards,
