@soulfulgent Thanks for following up. I went through all the screenshots and management server logs you shared. I think we've finally found something useful in the logs. Your VirtualRouter provider is enabled on Physical Network 2, and the Guest network has been created with VLAN 800 and CIDR 10.10.10.0/24. That part looks fine. The latest log shows this error: Received unknown parameters for command createStorageNetworkIpRange. Unknown parameters: zoneid I checked the CloudStack 4.22 API documentation, and zoneid is not a supported parameter for createStorageNetworkIpRange. The API expects podid instead. There is also a MySQL deadlock reported during the Storage IP range creation. We should check whether that error continues once the request parameters are corrected. Regarding vlan://untagged, what you're seeing under the Management network is normal for an untagged IP range. That alone is not an error. Here's what I suggest next: 1. Please don't recreate the database again. You've already done that several times, and the same issue keeps returning. 2. Check whether the Storage IP range was actually created under POD-1. If it already exists, don't create a duplicate. 3. If the Storage range is missing, try adding it manually from the CloudStack UI, outside the setup wizard, using the intended Storage IP range and VLAN configuration. 4. If manual creation also fails, check the API request in F12 -> Network. Specifically, verify whether it includes zoneid. The Storage IP range API should use podid, not zoneid. 5. Please share the exact installed CloudStack version, such as 4.22.0.0, 4.22.1.0, or 4.22.1.1. One more thing: you mentioned using VLAN 800 for Storage. Since VLAN 800 is already assigned to your Guest network, please confirm that this is intentional and that the Storage and Guest networks are properly isolated. Otherwise, use the actual Storage VLAN or leave it untagged if that's how your storage network is configured. Regarding your version question: I wouldn't recommend switching versions just yet. CloudStack 4.22.1.1 is the latest security maintenance release in the 4.22 LTS branch. If you're running an older 4.22 build, I would recommend updating to 4.22.1.1 after taking the necessary backups. However, I can't confirm that an upgrade alone will fix this issue. The invalid zoneid parameter needs to be investigated first. Official references: - Storage Network API: https://cloudstack.apache.org/api/apidocs-4.22/apis/createStorageNetworkIpRange.html - CloudStack releases: https://cloudstack.apache.org/downloads/ I suspect we're dealing with a setup wizard/API request issue rather than a physical VLAN or VirtualRouter configuration problem. Let's verify the Storage range creation separately before making further changes.
