Okay, I can't use the cli for that, but apparently I can edit the existing configuration and add groups:

  * Resource Group: testgroup:
    * cinder-volume     (systemd:cinder-volume):         Started controller01

I will have to test this intensively, so it's going to take a while for me to respond. Thank you very much, that was quite helpful!
