Acrobat Control ActiveX error

Dear All,

I've just done my first FO page, basing my FO on the FOP sample.

When I try the FOP sample, the PDF loads up acrobat correctly.

But my example brings up a box saying file type: Adobe Acrobat Control 
for ActiveX, 'would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?'

Why should this happen, rather than the file just loading the page in 
Acrobat?

Any ideas?
