I like this idea above. It's much more than I had i mind it fits perfectly to my idea. I will test this weekend how to move from a simple "make-my-war"-tool into an app that helps users to do a step by build/install. I will go for the webapp first and will start with tomcat 4.1 (later weblogic 7/8) on Linux and Windows 2000. So doing a complete build will shift to the background for this but will be still availble.
