The numbering is ok, it probably must only be fixed on most pages. I have it done for example at http://wiki.apache.org/cocoon/TimLarson. Before it counted 1. - 15.
Colors need altering to fit the Cocoon theme...
Colors and layout are indeed not that good.
And where are all the uploaded files... I hope this is a conversion delay?
The uploaded files are now either linked from within the page (but this must be done by hand) or you click on AttachFile (what a *wrong* name!) to get an overview over all attached files.
