It seems to be in the forms-sample-styling.xsl I used: deleting the

should have made the Ajax resources available).

Luca, deleting inclusion of forms-advanced-field-styling.xsl is *not* a
solution but only a simple
work-around that works for you by accident and will break soon or later.

That much was clear to me, I was just adding some more information to solve the issue.

In order to fix your app just follow Forms migration guide[1] and adapt all
resources mentioned
there of your application.

[1] http://cocoon.apache.org/2.2/blocks/forms/1.0/1351_1_1.html

I tried to follow the "A Simple Example" sample in the Cocoon 2.2 site, but there are some differences with the migration guide: I will re-do the sample steps to find out.

But first: ajax-impl block is a dependence of forms-impl, and I have to pass dojo parameters in the sitemap and setup servlet connections to ajax-impl even if I don't want to use Ajax, right ?

Or... I shall change forms-field-styling.xsl to get rid of DoJo.
