One thing to point out, is that it is working on various systems but just not one particular one. The actual exception, which is hidden by the CXF exception, is probably a rights issue. Could be file access or firewall. I have raised an issue with Spring for this (the hiding of the actual exception). https://jira.springframework.org/browse/SPR-7880 I'm guessing firewall at this point.
