Hi Sergey. Thanks for the flowers ;). I see. It would be really great when it could make it into 3.0.7 because that currently stops us from finishing our loadtests. Sadly I have to tell you, that it actually leads to OOM - but it doesn't throw an exception. Instead the VM almost freezes when PermGen reaches its limit. In the end, there were only some bytes left in the PermGen space. Pictured it here: http://postimg.org/image/drujrr4mr/ Maybe if one waits long enough the OOM will occur. But I stopped at the point, where requests dropped from ~100 per seconds to 2-3. We can't live with that in production ;). Thanks Veit --

I see Dan comments that is needed to avoid OSGI-related issues - so I think we can start from limiting that block of code to OSGI (if possible) and then see if it can be optimized. We are voting for CXF 3.1.3 but 3.0.7 has not been built yet - so may be we will have time to do something around it before 3.0.7 gets out... The good news though it is def not OOM :-). I guess it just represents an 'extreme' case of using a given proxy, but I agree if it is possible to avoid pre-loading it all at once then it is better be avoided.
