Doing some searching I found out that this is the infamous ISSUE 71830!
Maybe it would help if I say that out of my 3 computers OOo is installed
the error occurs on 2.

occurs.
Desktop, Intel Pentium M 1.7Mhz, XP Home SP2 (Greek version), Java 6 SDK
- Error 71830 doesn't occur, everything work fine!
Laptop Acer, Intel Pentium M 1.8Mhz, XP Pro SP2, Java 6 SDK - Error
71830 occurs.
The only differance I can see is the XP Pro vs XP Home editions of
windows. Maybe it's signigicant, maybe it isn't
