Since we could never reproduce this problem here, I would be interested in getting your feedback whether the libraries at http://dba.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=547&expandFolder=547&folderID=0 fix this problem for you. Note that those libs are no official fix, and you should not use them in a production environment. They're for the sole purpose to check whether the fix we did solves your problem.
