vor allem sollte unter Tools/options/Draw/Grid/Snap position "When
creating or moving objects" nicht gecheckt sein (was es im default auch
nicht ist).

das steht eigentlich in der Hilfe (F1, Index-Eintrag ähnlich wie
"Kreis, Ellipse, Rechteck, Quadrat")
Beim Aufziehen die Umschalttaste gedrückt halten.
