It looks like someone managed to upload an index.html file to that folder. I tried, as an example, directly downloading http://archive.apache.org/dist/felix/org.apache.felix.main-2.0.0-bin.tar.gz and that file is still there.
So who uploaded that index.html file, and how can we remove it again?
