I think you can't find FI 2.0.8 because 3.0 was released and is in the 
dist directory, but the downloads page was not updated...it would be 
nice if we could generate our downloads page from the dist directory...

I have deleted the "index.html" files in the dist directory, so 
hopefully this will help when it propagates.
