[iPOJO] Eclipse integration, launch several bundles

Hi! 
I have previously worked with osgi but the first time that I do it with iPOJO, 
I have seen the tutorial -Building and Running iPOJO bundles from Eclipse-, but 
i don`t know how launch  not as you can throw more than one component. time. 
Anyway, is there any other way to integrate eclipse and iPOJO?
