Hi, Well, I'm not an Eclipse expert, but I think you can add several bundles to the 'target'. I generally add the bundles to a 'bundles' folder (equivalent to the lib folder of the tutorial) containing all the bundles I want to start.
I'm pretty sure Eclipse can support that. Unfortunately, I don't have an Eclipse with PDE right now. I will try ASAP.
