I lost all auto completion once before, for the life of me I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I removed "C:\Users\ACCOUNTNAME\Adobe Flash Builder 4.7\cascaded" And everything seemed OK. That was on FB 4.6 and on windows 7 though. Before you remove the cascaded folder though be warned you will lose your workspace settings (not product activation or anything though). Maybe move the original. See if that fixes your problem.
