The Type of These artifacts are rb.swc so they are not swc with classifyer rb.
The files are actually only a dummy to stop maven from complaining as it wants to download something. The actual resources are in special language resource bundles, but flexmojos takes care of them for you. Hope that explains things a bit better. What problems did you have with uploading? Is there a problem in the documentation I wrote? Two files are advancedgrids-4.13.0.20140701.rb.swc and advancedgrids-4.13.0.20140701.swc. I have added classifier "rb" for advancedgrids-4.13.0.20140701.rb.swc and uploaded it.
