You did notice that there are two options for uploadig? The Aether Deployer and the Maven deployer? Or does your Nexus simply not allow any deployment? You could (eventually) create a temp repo in Nexus, deploy there and move the artifacts from there to the final destination or have an Admin to that for you ...

I am facing the permission issue and nexus is not allowing to upload using mavenizer uploader. So no problem with your doc. I started uploading manually into nexus going to each folder. I have to figure out why I am not able to use uploader else it will be difficult to upload new FDK every time manually.
