Hmm. Not sure if SourceForge is still recovering from an outage or not. Anyway, if you have a copy of OSMF somewhere else on your computer or another server, you might be able to get past this failure by doing the following:
1) create an empty folder where you want the SDK to go 2) add a local.properties file with the contents described later in the email 3) Run the installer and use this folder as the destination folder for the SDK. In local.properties, tweak the following so it can find the OSMF file.
