Most user problems are not OS dependent such as using styles correctly.
These questions can be answered by any LO user. We ask for OS primarily
to track if specific issues are more common in one OS than another,
indicating a bug specific to the OS caused when porting to that OS..

Install problems are OS dependent and are often caused by specific
issues with various OS versions. We want to know this partly to improve
LO in this area and partly to know when the user must do something else
to fix the problem.
