Redesigned Move/Copy Sheet dialog (Edit->Sheet->Move/Copy) to improve its ergonomics. (Joost Eekhoorn, Christoph Noack)
This redesign is causing a writte error when trying to save after using copy. Had no problem with make a copy prior to this change.
